Media outlets, including TechCrunch, wrote about how FlexiPerk, a product that gives customers the option to pay a small additional charge to turn every booking into a flexi-booking, enabled users to have the freedom to cancel or postpone trips up to two hours before the flight leaves — saving businesses significant amounts of money.
